Want to know more about our corporate social responsibility?
Corporate social responsibility and sustainability are embedded in the strategy of Oldenburger|Fritom. In all our business activities, we strive for the right balance between the 3Ps: social responsibility (People), environmental impact (Planet), and economic result (Profit), the Triple Bottom Line.
In this regard, the United Nations (UN) Sustainable Development Goals are part of our structured sustainability policy. The same applies to the ESG criteria (Environmental, Social, Governance), through which we provide insight into our sustainable performance and results.
To ensure the continuity of our CSR strategy, we have integrated the QHSE management system into our business operations. In addition, we work closely with educational institutions in the Northern Netherlands and also focus on social sustainability. The health and well-being of children and young people, in particular, is of special importance to us.
Oldenburger|Fritom embraces the Sustainable Development Goals, the 17 SDGs, of the United Nations (UN). We focus on five of the SDGs, because this is where we expect to be able to make the greatest impact.
Oldenburger|Fritom integrated the QHSE management system to guarantee sustainable business operations, both now and in the future. We do this by continuously trying to improve and optimize our business processes.
By actively working together with educational institutions in our region we contribute to the educational offer. We find it important that knowledge and know-how are maintained in the Northern Netherlands.
By partnering with various sports clubs Oldenburger|Fritom shows its commitment to society at large. Everyone can participate in sports, making it a vital part of our sponsoring policy.
Oldenburger|Fritom supports various social organizations that are committed to social sustainability. We pay particular attention to the well-being and health of young people. In line with our CSR policy, we take our responsibility in society in this way.
